Collect every ministry's 2027 meetings and events into one calendar you can review, edit, and export. This page is for the church office — ministry leaders use the submission link instead.

Building the 2027 calendar

  1. Send ministry leaders the submission link. It's the index.html page of this same site — no account or sign-up needed, they just open it in a browser.
  2. Leaders fill in their meetings and events there, one at a time. Each submission is collected automatically — nothing to email back.
  3. Export the submissions as a spreadsheet from your Netlify dashboard. Site → Forms → ministry-events → Export to CSV. Do this whenever you're ready to update the calendar.
  4. Import that CSV here, on the "Import submissions" tab. Its events are added to the shared list below. You can re-export and re-import as more submissions come in — already-imported events just get listed twice, so delete duplicates on "All events" if that happens.
  5. Review, edit, and fill in gaps. Use "All events" and "Add an event" to fix anything or add events the office is scheduling directly.
  6. Export the finished calendar. Download a calendar file (.ics) to import into Google/Outlook/Apple Calendar, or a spreadsheet (.csv) for print layouts.

This is the public page — the one on this same site without "admin.html" — that ministry leaders should use.

Everything on this page is saved in this browser only. Do your importing and reviewing from one device, and export a backup copy from the Export tab once things are in good shape.
